The Mission

I didn’t start this journey just to get fit, I started because I was tired of constantly reacting to the world around me. I wanted more than survival. I wanted to truly understand myself and live the life i dreamed of, helping people and freeing up my time.

As I began paying attention to the small things, the triggers, the habits, the thoughts running the show, I realized they were shaping my entire life. For years, they controlled me. But once I learned to meet them with mindfulness, build a stronger body, and create intentional daily habits, everything started to shift.What once felt like chaos became clarity. What once drained me began to fuel me.

This path has taken me around the world, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. And now, I help others start their own journey. Not by fixing them, but by guiding them back to themselves.

Who’s Drew?

Born and raised in New York, I was thrown into the hustle of city life early on. I spent years making sure everyone else was okay, but never paused to check in with myself. For a long time, I struggled with self-worth and carried a deep desire to escape my own mind.

Everything changed when I finally turned inward. I started to question the thoughts and patterns that had shaped my reality. That inner reflection sparked a journey of personal growth, one rooted in self-awareness, healing, and transformation.

As I learned to make peace with where I was, I felt a calling: to help others do the same. To give people the tools, practices, and insight to reconnect with themselves, heal their past, and align with the life they truly want.

Now, I’m traveling the world to learn from masters, practitioners, and the wisdom of different cultures, continuing to deepen my work so I can share it with others.

  • Systems of Self is an 8-week transformational coaching journey designed to level up your body, mind, and spirit. It combines personalized fitness training, mindfulness practices, nutrition guidance, and emotional mastery techniques, all built around a unique “Systems” frame work to ensure each part of your being is taken care of.

  • It’s much more than just a workout plan. We focus on whole-self transformation, that means training your body and your mindset. You’ll develop mental discipline, emotional resilience, and mindfulness skills that support long-term well-being, not just physical results.

  • This is for anyone ready to take ownership of their health and life. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to your journey. If you’ve felt stuck, burned out, or like you’re meant for more, this program gives you the tools and structure to reignite your purpose and power.

  • Sessions range from $250-$750, depending on length and services. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!

  • Not at all. This program meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to break through a plateau, the workouts and mindset practices are tailored to your current level and goals.

  • The program is designed to integrate real transformation into real life. You’ll get flexible workout structures (30–60 min options), quick mindfulness tools, and support to build habits that actually stick, even on your busiest days.

  • Most programs focus only on fitness or diet. We go deeper. Training Arc Fitness guides you through a full-body and inner-world evolution using intentional and awareness as a framework. You’re not just working out, you’re building the strength, clarity, and confidence to lead your own life.

  • Graduates of the program will have the option to continue with advanced coaching, join our alumni group, or take the tools they’ve learned and apply them independently. We also offer ongoing mentorship and support if you want to keep leveling up.
